Business Administrative Support for Systems

• Responsible for coordinating the technical support requirements on the production systems (PC PACK F, QICS, AS400) as well as the parts inventory systems (GPCS, GCCS, Inventory Database) within our warehouse facility.

• Provided communication between management and tier2 teams to clearly define, develop, and document functional system requirements. This process included analysis-related deliverables for our: process flows, functional specifications, data models/maps, mock-up screens, information and system flows.

• Coordinated the repair and maintenance for printers, monitors, scanners and hardware.

• Coordinated with the in-house helpdesk by providing technical support as well as asset management functions within our Asset Management Program. This included documentation and troubleshooting inbound calls from end-users. Inbound calls were, but not limited to, support for computers, phones, laptops, printers and scanners.

• Establish and introduce new items, packaging, procedures, requests, testing, rollouts, etc.

• Provides internal and external customer service.

• Administer, implement and maintain Systems Action Plans for local systems which included Line control systems, IBM AS400, SQL Server, Business Objects, Global Production Control System, and Windows 2000.
