Responsibilities

 Duties include overall supervision and monitoring of safety aspects during execution of project work.

 Liaise with Site Supervisor & Workers for implementation of client’s Safety Procedure / Guidelines / HSE Legal Requirements and corrective actions suggested by Safety Engineer and ensure company safety standing orders are complied.

 Ensure permit to work system is being followed.

 Conduct toolbox talk, daily/weekly Site Inspection site safety meeting and document it. Advice and inform Safety Engineer for any required action to upgrade the procedure or format (Pertaining to safety) is being used.

 Duties include coordinate with safety engineer during accident / incident/near miss investigation and make preliminary report.

 Supervise and monitor accident prevention, training effectiveness and inspection of personal protection equipment.

 Report all persisting unsafe act / condition and subsequent follow up to get it corrected. Responsible for and ensure all conditions in work permit during confined space entry/radiography is being followed.
