Trump Casino Services 2009 – 2010

Sr. Programmer/Analyst

Redesigned incentive promotions by eliminating paper coupons. This change allowed for new customer cards to replenish credits depending on spending. Changed current user screens to only allow certain information to be displayed based on authority level. Created a customer yielding process that either add or subtracted theoretical points based on slot machine selected.

G & C Consulting 2007 – 2009

Programming Consultant

Created interface programming from two homegrown casino management systems to hotel package (LMS) preserving ability for users to continue using current marketing application. In the process of this, wrote hotel yielding user interface saving the company over $50,000.00 by not having the package company customizing software. Wrote a Central Reservations system allowing one call center instead of two. Customers were then able two check for room availability in one place for two hotels.

RESORTS - Atlantic City 2001 - 2007

Completed implementation of new casino systems (First to LSI, then to ACSC). Redesigned Bonus Cash program to handle bar-coded mail promotions, including creation and redemption process. Headed Phase II of Bonus Cash program to include the elimination of bar-codes and directly credit patrons Bonus Cash into their account. Created promotional process with adjacent hotel to redeem coupons into EFT credits. Created application to scan returned mail and mark as bad address. Part of team that created CTR application for CMS/400 system. Lead in many promotion projects. Part of new development and maintenance teams. Created new programming standards. In charge of all programming staff and working directly under Project Manager and IT Director. Worked on everyday Service Requests.

Implemented plan and created system on AS/400 that extracted data from various remote locations, using external feed from outside platforms, including UNIX and Mainframe systems, that ultimately sent reports to an Internet Web server to be accessed from users across the country through an HTML interface. Delegated tasks for this project and completed 90% of programming on the AS/400. Part of Y2K remediation team. Traveled to sites for Y2K testing. Created programs to formulate a flat view of BOM file to be used in the USA and UK plants from multiple versions of BPCS. Developed utilities with RPG/LE and RPGSQL/LE to be used by Internal Audit department and A/S 400 Security group. Created programs to receive tables from other platforms into central location in the AS/400. Part of on infrastructure, support and development teams. Met directly with users on many projects.
