Work as an E-Share Internet Support Chat Agent. Assist customers with slow speed, connection issues, retrieving email passwords, troubleshoot internet issues, set up dispatches, send orders out for customers, redirect to the proper department or upgrade issues to a specialist. Serviced the entire Centurylink DSL national network from the Carlisle, PA office. Handled at least 1000 – 2000 chats per month.

Commonwealth of PA, Division of WIC 6/2007 – 6/2009

I worked as a Clerk Typist 2 at the state agency WIC office. Helped manage 100k + WIC participating stores and each county office across the state, also dealt with all program participants. Used QuickWIC system to manage statewide WIC offices and participants. Kept the office in communication between departments so things ran smoothly in a hectic atmosphere. I worked as a Head Line Cook doing pantry and brick oven at Romano’s Macaroni Grill. I also frequently worked double shifts, opened and/or closed every time I worked. One of 3 people doing opening/clean up. Also came in early to do prep work often. Stayed late and helped the dishwashers, helped bartender clean regularly.

Delta Dental 2004-2006

As a claims rejection clerk, I used multiple databases to determine dental insurance cliients’ eligibility and updating databases accordingly. I also filed claims into the system and either approved or denied dental claims. I then contacted clients over the phone accordingly and wrote and sent letters to the dentists, clients and additional third parties. I filed and helped take errors out of the databasing system. I was averaging 90 claims an hour, while the average amount of claims per hour handled by claims rejections clerks was about 40.
