SELECTIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Strategic/Operational Planning: Selected as lead logistician: provided initial requirements products for standup of two military C-17 bases by performing highly specialized research/analysis to determine decisive asset needs for initial spares inventory; facilitated over 4K assets in a phased risk approach. Program Management: Shaped and managed logistics programs on various occasions at retail, wholesale, and headquarters level. In a retail management position, solely responsible for all phases of program management, from requirements/funding determination and budget allocation to acquisition strategy/execution and asset storage and distribution for 25 geographically separated operations with a funding requirement $52.3M yearly. In a headquarters position, Senior Logistics Program Manager determining asset requirements for 15 different locations totaling 103 aircraft, drafting contractual sustainment metric requirements and managing supply chain management portion of performance based logistics programs. Technical Leadership: Consistently chosen by leadership from Headquarters Air Force and local directors as technical lead for time sensitive actions.
