Experience:
Nov. 2002 – Multi Color Corp.
March 2008 Plant Manger – Troy and Batavia OH
Hold P&L responsibility for the last five years for the Troy facility. I also had interim responsibility for the Batavia plant for two of those years. Troy is a narrow web pressure sensitive label plant that services the prime label market including high-end health and beauty labels. Batavia is higher volume flexo pressure sensitive and in-mold label producer. I have overseen the growth of the Troy plant from the time of acquisition to a 300% growth and change in customer base. This involved implementation of a new operating platform with shop floor data collection. Additionally, lean tools were put in place to allow this growth with only a 40% increase in headcount.
Aug. 2001 – Mail Well/Renaissance Mark
Oct. 2002 Plant Manager – Sparks NV
Had P&L responsibilities for a 135 person cut and stack label plant.
This was a highly profitable non-union facility specializing in fast turn around high quality labels. Manufacturing processes included sheet fed litho printing, Bobst embossing, guillotine cutters and PMC die cutting. Led facility to ISO 9001-2000 certification. Additionally, I led the implementation of a direct to plate system and the movement of 15,000 film designs to digital.

July 2001 Plant Manager – Portland OR
Responsible for the P & L of a 150m square foot folding carton facility with 125 full time employees. Intimately involved with customer relations, pricing and quality systems. May 1993 Administrative Services Manager – Portland OR
Responsibilities included customer service, production control, purchasing, scheduling, human resources, shipping and receiving and accounting. This was one of three positions that made up the plant leadership team. Underwent a major downsizing and restructuring in which productivity was increased by 60% while reducing the workforce by over 50%.
Jan. 1990 – James River Corp.
Feb. 1991 Controller/Human Resource Manager – Portland OR
