Project Description:

This is an exclusive SAP Implementation and roll out project for Firmenich sites across the globe with responsibility of deliverables related to the FIRMENICH Implementation and support Project. Tickets are raised through change management system using Unicentre ticketing system. The project is divided into clusters where each cluster is implemented as an independent end to end implementation for a set of countries.

9 clusters have been successfully implemented till now.
