Tasks include screening and prioritizing mail and phone calls, researching and drafting all written correspondences. Maintaining executive calendars electronically and meeting agendas, preparing materials used in executive presentations and making travel arrangements.

• Supervised and managed Social Intervention Projects valued at approximately fifteen million dollars (J$15M) and Physical Intervention Projects valued at approximately one hundred and twenty million (J$120M) for rural and urban communities in Kingston and St. Catherine.

• Successfully initiated, coordinated and managed Homework and GSAT centers under the Youth Education and Recreation Program (YERP) component of the ICBSP. These centers were community-based and were formed in collaboration with community based organizations (CBO’s) in the respective communities. The centers targeted students from poor families who were performing below grade level and focused on numeracy and literacy.
