ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER – West Coast Painting, Inc. Riverside, CA 2007 – 2009

Produced $1.2M in commercial new construction bids monthly. This included public & private work. Performed Business Development by calling on existing and new General Contractors to develop as clients for bidding opportunities. My awarded contracts were $990,000 with a collective 18% margin. Project managed my jobs as well as projects for estimators that had left. This entailed producing all materials, color schedules and LEED submittals and specifications. Prepared reports on field budgets, percent if completion, Also, executed any incoming COR plans; field & GC change orders and color changes.
