• Assayed cytokines using Electrochemiluminescence & Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

• Developed procedure (SOP) for the first highly concentrated odorless, tasteless, stable omega-3 emulsion

• Supplement is added easily to everyday foods/beverages for omega-3 and iron health benefits

GEA Niro Spray Dryer & Glatt Fluid Bed Agglomerator

• Liquid batches to solid particles customizing specific size, moisture, coating, & density of granules

• Troubleshot equipment to determine cause of failure/undesired results using Root Cause Analysis

Drug Infusion System

• Worked in a group of 4 people to create control system for device to administer drugs to a patient

• Designed and used both a Proportional-Integral-Derivative with Disturbance Rejection
