User Requirement analysis, design, development of and implementation of DW project for Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan, the national revenue service. The project involved BI requirement analysis of a large user group, design and development of multi-dimensional Revenue Data Analysis model, comparative analysis, KPI monitoring and Predictive Analysis reports to groups of FBR officials. Project deliverables included a comprehensive set of Data Marts and BI solution. Other salient features included DW performance management and implementation of ODS. The multi-dimensional analysis reports combined FBR’s internal information with external agencies data and produced 360 o revenue data profile for expansion of tax base. It is a high volume and high transaction system with total data volume of 4 TB

Design, development and implementation of OBIEE based “Management Information Dashboard”, a web-portal containing graphical representation of analytical reports for FBR senior management.
