My daily duties include a range of functions, such as vehicle financing, vehicle maintenance, vehicle telematics (tracking and diagnostics), driver management, fuel management and health & safety management. Liaise with Design PE and Procurement to ensure that all relevant Vendor documentations (drawings, certificates, operating and maintenance manual, etc) are delivered prior to execution. Scan documents and put them in the portal, work with hard copy paper ECN process Route BOMs for engineer review and approvals using the routing system through SAP. Receive a marked up red-line and independently incorporate the changes as a new revision to the drawing (upon approval by head engineer).
