medicare residents. Experience in the Special Care/dementia Unit with up to 28
residents and experience in long term /end of life care with up to 34 residents. I also
have 5 yrs experience as a med tech with 32 residents in an assisted living complex.
I am a Team player and received Above and Beyond recognition for acquiring
tickets and taking some residents to motorcycle racing. I was also recognized for
providing team spirit with pizza parties for staff. Initiated new nursing assistant
documentation of resident care. I initiated the use of the SBAR program for
communication with doctors. I have excellent assessment skills and have dedicated
