• Developed a system that would process Payroll data in a text file format, generated and forwarded by the head office based in the USA to the Philippines office. The main objective of the system is to generate Philippine government reports (SSS/Phil-Health/PAG-IBIG Contributions, Income Tax, etc.) and other Payroll related reports (Earnings/Deductions Summary, Employees’ Loans Ledger, etc.). Other features include text file generation of reports for the Philippine government’s e-filing system.
• Developed a system that would process accounting data in a text file format to generate Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) reports for the Philippine Government’s Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) - Annual Alphabetical List of EWT, Form 2307 (Monthly and Quarterly reports), text file generation for electronic submission to the BIR’s e-filing system.
NMSI Mobile Ship Repair
• Developed a Project Costing System that helps the company monitor the actual cost of each project in the maintenance of a fleet of patrol ships of the Philippine Navy. The system covers automated job cards generation to record the progress of each work item per project (man-hours, parts and materials used and current status).
• Developed an Inventory Management System to monitor stock levels of ship parts and consumables necessary in meeting the scheduled completion dates.
St. Peter-Paul Medical Clinic, Inc.
• Developed a Medical Records Management System that helps the company in the generation of medical reports based on the medical examination results.
