June 2008 – December 2008 Took over the Doral Starbucks, volume 18,500$ a week, Controllable Contribution of 38% and Total Contribution 12% after re staffing, fixing the maintenance of the store and developing a high performing team the store succeeded in an increase to 24,500 in sales a week a 49% Controllable Contribution and a total contribution of 24%

December 2008- November 2010 Took over the Dolphin Mall Starbucks, volume 19,000$ a week , controllable contribution of 42% and total contribution of 24%, the store had major opportunities with staffing, turnover, cleanliness, sales, theft, customer service, ordering and morale issues, first year at the store, concentrated on cleanliness, ordering, staffing, developing a high performance team, and sales, Worked with Regional Director, and district Manager, in implementing kids programs, mall discount, and introducing high Gross Margin sales strategies, end result, the store ended up number 1 in the state of Florida among starbucks for sales to target with an average of 30,500$ a week, number 1 in Florida in Controllable Contribution with an average of 58% and beating CC target by 290,000$, and number 2 in Region with a Total Contribution percentage of 30% and number 1 in Total Contribution in dollar amount ending the year at 400,000$ total contribution, Turnover decreased from 250% to 34% and Customer Survey Increased from 52%- 86%
