November 2007 to June 2008 DR-1603(Katrina) Promoted to Demolition lead In charge of training and supervision of demolition specialists out on the field.
Promoted to Demolition specialist in the state of Louisiana from April 2006 to May 2007, working DR-1603(Katrina) and DR-1607(Rita) in New Orleans, Lake Charles, and Cameron.
When doing demolitions surveys In New Orleans I was in charge of drawing Sketches of the house or building that was damaged.
In this drawing we would include measurements of the structure, Water lines, Electric lines, Power lines and any other noticeable damage like fallen trees, Damaged cars, boats, or fences.
FEMA Surveys would be used by demolition crews as guides to conduct demolitions to the damaged structures

As an assistant Project Manager in West Palm Beach FL, I was in charge of every aspect of the Debris operations.
A) In charge of Schedule, hours and project assignments for monitors and lead monitors.
B) Daily meetings with both contractors and County officials to determine and resolve the scoop of work for that particular, day, week, or month.
c) In charge of the Hiring and interviewing process for potential debris monitors interested in FEMA work.

When working as lead monitor I was in charge of training of new monitors, assigning monitors every morning with a clean up crew for the day, supervised them through out the day, and collect all their paperwork at the end of the day which I would review and turn in to my project manager.
October 2004 to December 2004 promoted to work all of the water canals in Miami FL and identifying debris through out the canals.
In charge of working all the Miami FL city parks, locating and measuring stumps and hangers.

Supervised contracted clean up crews to assure that all debris being picked up was FEMA eligible for reimbursement.
Made sure every truck used for FEMA debris pick up was eligible by measuring their load capacity every morning before going out on the field.
Worked with Army Core of Engineers on FEMA dumpsites to determine and agree with every truck load percentage being reimbursed by FEMA.
FEMA OPS 1, OPS 2 TRAINING, OSHA safety certified.
FEMA badge and background check are up to date since last worked in the state of Illinois in January of 2009.
Currently in no FEMA roster and available for work immediately.
