Exceptional experience as project architect, owners’ rep., and project manager for several prominent corporations and general contractors in the San Francisco bay area. Review and approve monthly certificate of payment request, prepare and execute punch list work, compile and distribute AS Built documents, guarantees/warranties, and issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, and reconcile construction budgets.
