(50 field employees at peak season). Routed and assigned up to 300 appointments per day. Schedule duties of field supervisors and quality control staff. Monitor field and office staff including dispatch, cash management, warehousing and daily work order close out and completion percentages. Audited and verified all customer sales additions for payroll purposes. Hire and Train field employees Telecrafter and NCTI Installation Policy and Procedure, Charter sales guidelines and as well as OSHA safety for the installer/lineman.

7/2002 - 4/2008 Charter Communications Town & Country, MO Inventory/Operations Manager II Managed and directed 18 warehouse locations in Central Region KMA including an Accounts Payable staff. Responsible for all reviews and approvals of daily, weekly or monthly scheduled counts in Peoplesoft Inventory Module as well as all Accounts Payable batches in the Peoplesoft A/P Module. Managed 40 full time warehouse and 6 accounts payable employees in Central Region. Scheduled and tracked all warehouse audit activity to Charter Supply Chain policy as well to SARBOX rules. Completed yearly personnel reviews and merit raise recommendations. Trained all warehouse and accounts payable employees on a software change from Epics to Peoplesoft related Inventory and A/P Modules. Capital and Expense budget preparation as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews. Material forecasting for capital budgeted projects including CPE, I/T, Headend, Construction and Installation by scheduling and meeting with key team members to review marketing projections and b.o.m’s.
