Designed master plan for start-up university, including phasing for growth. Utilized topographical maps and digital films. Designed for cultural community feel, bringing together town, university, and Nauvoo state park.
Design Project: High Rise Hotel, May, 2010
Conducted President’s study to evaluate design concepts and ideas. Created renderings, elevations, basic structural plan for hotel in Los Angeles area.
Design Project: Regional Study for Williamson County Airport, July, 2008
Designed a larger building to meet needs of regional airport. Developed a bubble chart, floor plan (with expansion) and site lay-out.
Concrete Structure Project: Developed and built a model bridge, Dec, 2006
Calibrated bricks, weights and reinforcement needs. Project used moment diagrams to influence design of structure.
Wood Structure Project: Designed and developed platform to span 4 feet, Oct, 2006
Received class’s Design Award for developing unique triangle design which held both a uniform and a point load.
