Self-motivated individual with a proven track recorded in the industry, having to install on customer's networks Ricoh and Canon Copiers and Printers. My experience in troubleshooting hardware & networks has been strengthened by technical training. My trouble shooting skills have stayed sharp having to work with customers and having to work close with sales to understand customer’s needs and desires. System Engineer

Installing Lanier copiers on customer’s networks so that they could print and scan to email and folder also diagnose the copier for repairs. The training of technicians on how to use their PC to diagnose printing problems was of great help to the company to use all of their resources. I was the primary installer of document solutions software and trained the customer on how to use them. This experience in many customer environments has given me the skills to work with the customers desires. My secondary job was to maintain Service Reps laptops and train on how to use them for repairing copiers

I have Installed Microsoft Servers for the purpose of installing at customer locations SentryFile, Smart Search document management software. Installed NSI AutoStore, DigiDocFlow, eCopy capture software. Installed Fabsoft’s Reform which is form making software to give the customer the ability to print to an electronic form. I have work in the windows server arena from NT server to server 2003. I was also the System admin back-up and helped to repair techs and in house computers. I also trained techs on how to diagnose network problems with their lap tops.

Started at Applied Imaging as a technician, in that first year I was doing machine repair, then moved to network installation of Ricoh copiers installing Scan Router software and Desktop Binder software. Setting up the Ricoh, Canon to scan to folder and scan to Email. I also installed Ricoh, Canon and Hewlett-Packard printers.
