Clinical service:
I have also observed three spinal surgeries. I was in scrubs and was able to observe everything in the operating room. The nurses and I assured the patient of their safety. I got to see the incision and bone implantation of the spine on three different patients.

I have volunteered for over 100 logged hours at a local hospital. I assisted the elderly to their vehicles, assisted nurses in the blood lab, provided service for the nurses and patients in the hospital, greeted patients' family members and added comfort and support for them.
