Single-handedly solved 30 software and hardware issues each day. Composed entire new knowledge database and trained new support personnel.

March 2003 to March 2004: Systems Administrator and Support Specialist Alabama Dept of Public Health: solely supported 6000+ providers submitting health insurance claims as states Medicare server guru. In less than 3 months finished a 7 year old project to put Nursing Home Deficiencies on the web. Dismissed for insubordination when manager’s manager demanded I lie about facts regarding PDF’s; and I refused.
