Summary:

I have 6 years experience as a lead printing press operator. During this time I have operated flexographic, rotogravure, and offset presses (hot stamping, rotary screens, mag dies, turn bars and dual webs). I have printed on various substrates (shrink film, pressure sensitive labels, and holographic stock) using a diverse range of inks (water base, solvent base, screen, and UV inks in both gravure and offset). I also have experience operating slitting, seaming, rewind, and cutting machines.

My duties included pre-press (set up/plate mounting, mixing pantone inks), printing (Maintaining color match and registration throughout print run) and clean up of press. Matching special custom colors to achieve customer color match requirements. Printing on heat shrinkable films to be converted into full body decorative sleeves, sleeves for multi packs, and tamper evident neck bands. I am skilled on slitting, seaming, rewind, and cutting machines. I also took care of minor press maintenance.
