Thereby reducing the attrition rate by more than half.

Evaluated the “Brand Awareness” of Acer laptops.

Data collection through surveys about the awareness of the brand Acer and its competitors were taken as the primary resource.

Secondary resource viz., the company facts and its growth factors were also interlinked to interpret the analyzed data.

Suggested steps that can be implemented to improve the brand awareness (potential customers) in India: Bangalore, Coimbatore and Chennai.

Suggested & identified the need of a brand personality.

The brand personality was then related to the characteristics of a celebrity (bollywood actor Mr. Hrithik Roshan) and along with the marketing team signed him for being the brand ambassador.
