CLIENT PROFILE:

Thermal Systems (Hyderabad) Pvt. Ltd. an ISO 9001:2008 company with a present turnover of 150 Cr. is a well known name in the Chemical Processing & Metallurgical industries for design, manufacturer & supply of custom built Waste Heat Boilers, Process Gas Boilers & systems. TSPL has embarked on a fast track growth and is currently engaged in securing & executing Turnkey Projects in other areas of Steam & Power Generation involving FBC and Stocker Boilers with latest technology. Currently we are supporting around 800 users.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performed user administration activities such as setting up user login Ids and assigning and resetting passwords, locking and unlocking users.

• Created and modified Single roles, Composite roles and Derived roles using automatic profile generator to meet business requirements

• Analyze and fix the missing authorizations.

• Critical authorization objects such as S_TABU_DIS, S_PROGRAM, and S_DEVELOP were restricted and monitored.

SR Sugars Ltd is into manufacturing of Sugars and bio-fuel. SRSL has the largest sugar refining capacity in India of 4000 tons per day (TPD). SRSL is also providing turnkey solutions in the field of distilleries, Ethanol plants and bio-fuels. Currently there are around 300 end users.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide daily Basis support for their R/3 system, troubleshooting & system Monitoring.

• User Administration like User creation, deletion, lockdown, activation, Password management.

• Lock/unlock users and reset user passwords.

• Monitoring the status of work process, application servers, system logs etc.,
