EXPERIENCE in providing clinical services and educational classes to Navy, Air Force, Army, and Marines military members and families on Camp Foster, Okinawa and Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Interacted with all levels of military members, from Commander to Airman Basic. Established and maintained effective working relationships with multiple military agencies and served as a designee to many base committees.
Okinawa Highlights:
Assessed and resolved complex social, economic and psychosocial problems that may impact on service members’ and their families’ medical treatment as outpatients by providing direct casework services, to include screening, assessment, treatment, referral, consultation and education and in conjunction.
Conducted psychosocial evaluations and provided therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups and families as needed to facilitate behavioral health clinical care management and optimize care. Referred to community resources as applicable.
Provided clinical consultation with Case Review Committee interdisciplinary team, consisting of representatives of the Inspector General, Provost Marshall’s Office, Military Commands, Substance Abuse Treatment, Physicians, and Counseling and Advocacy staff.

Ramstein Highlights
Worked with all commanders and First Sergeants to provide required annual Family Advocacy Program training to every unit, as well as training on specific unit challenges.

HIGHLIGHTS
• Clinical counseling for child, teen, adult, and family at two military bases, as in homes, schools, and community mental health settings (outpatient and inpatient).

ACHIEVEMENTS
On Ramstein Air Base, achieved 100% of required annual leader training metrics without required support staff. This standard was designed for two positions, one full-time and one part-time staff. However, worked alone on this and other job obligations for eight months before assistant hired.
