• Facilitate client kickoff meetings to discuss and confirm project scope, deliverables, and timetable. Serve as a client contact to provide updates and problem resolution.

• Design project materials: Screeners, Discussion Guides (Group & Individual), Questionnaires, and Stimulus Materials.

• Coordinate and facilitate international market research projects for major pharmaceutical corporations. Manage fieldwork agencies, external freelance moderators, and analysts. Assure data is delivered on time and with the highest quality.

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual qualitative interviews with physicians, patients, and other healthcare officials.
