Responsibility and accountability for all risk and compliance programs in the organization. Include the solicitation and purchase of annually coverage’s and their limits. Management of claims and loss control activities as well as the relationships with third party service providers including brokers, insurers and other TPAs, preparing loss analyses and budgets, identifying exposures, recommending solutions, design and implementing programs, promoting loss prevention, updating and monitoring compliance with insurance procedures and managing the Environmental Health and Safety/risk management programs for the company. • Realized cost savings in insurance premium of 2.5 million dollars in 2005 and a additional 1.75 million in 2007 and another $ 1,500,000 in 2009
• Reduced National Workers Compensation Insurance modification rate of 0.87 for 2005 to 0.67 for 2006
• Achieved a 70% reduction in the cost of Workers Compensation and General Liability claims.
