. Lead QSSI’s Defense & National Security sector marketing, overcoming barriers to entry by leveraging the company’s strengths in commercial and civilian markets to create a $600M pipeline.

. Facilitated a 230% growth in revenue over 24 months and achieved a contract backlog in excess of $100M with a sustained a pipeline of more than $173M for CACI’s Intelligence Division by building customer loyalty through customer-centered performance.

. Built a $750K DOT multimedia contract into a 3-year $5.5M program, advanced a $196K GSA database task into a $2.1M e-Business program, and captured $10M in new contracts for Avalon.

. Conceived, co-designed, positioned, and launched a new profit center for RDR that generated over $500K revenue within the first 6 months on a 5-year revenue potential of $25M/year by highlighting the company’s unique history and market position.

. Directed business development and transformation for a commercial Human Capital firm. Devised the firm’s marketing strategy and assisted with activation of DCAA/FAR-compliant business procedures that enabled the firm to enter the government marketplace. Positioned the firm as a prime and a first-tier subcontractor, securing $2.5M annual revenue supporting FBI infrastructure modernization.

. Grew Cardinal, an information and logistics technology firm, from start-up, securing its position in the US Intelligence Community. Designed business processes, compensation and benefits plans, and pricing models.

Lead architect of the $3.0M performance support system known and Knowledge Knet for the TRW/Cardinal team in support the US Army Guardrail systems; performed strategic planning, proposal development, and multimedia consulting for TRW; and developed the system specification for Virginia Power's nuclear power plant $5.0M 'paperless' work order system.
