Mr. Brock is responsible for managing and supervising as Site Lead for the Yuma Office in support of NACCITAC YPG Security Project, personnel support UAV technical SME and ASW tactical / acoustical technical development. His responsibilities include managing engineering, marketing, contract administration; DO execution and tracking, subcontractor management, and customer support as required. He provides UAV engineering and technical expertise to our customers, NAVAIR NAS Patuxent River, MD and to Navmar engineers in support of UAVs, ASW acoustic sub-systems, and YPG Security Program.

Mr. Brock was a senior PGSS Team Leader and ISR UAV SME in CONUS/OCONUS. Extensively trained in numerous UAV’s ranging from RQ-7A Shadow 200 to the larger RQ-4A Global Hawk. Trained as a Mission Commander and UAV pilot Mr. Brock has an extensive background related to optical sensors (IR, EO, SAR and ISAR) to UAV navigational software such as Piccolo Autopilot and Falcon View. Mr. Brock brings many attributes to the UAV war fighter ISR SME, ATP (Airline Transport Pilots) license, Mission Commander (MC) on multiple UAV platforms and Team Leader for UAV detachment team’s deployed in CONUS/ OCONUS.

NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION, NAS PATUXENT RIVER, MD – 2005-2008

Mr. Brock is a qualified RQ-4A Block 10 Global Hawk pilot, and held a NAVAIR GFR approval letter to fly VX-20’s Global Hawk aircraft Navy bureau numbers 166509 and 166510. Intimately familiar with the UAV’s software and gave feed back to software engineers on man machine interface for the upcoming Navy BAMS program. Approximately 178 total flight hours in the Global Hawk UAV.

. Written extensive GH pilot training lesson plans for upcoming pilots. Worked closely with NAVAIR PMA-263 and VX-20’s Global Hawk Project Officer completing numerous TTP’s and developed CONOPS for Global Hawk UAV for the Navy’s Maritime Patrol community.

. Mission Commander qualified, deployed OCONUS and instructed in other UAV’s; Hunter (RQ-5A) Vehicle Operator, Engineering Air Vehicle Operator (AVO).

Mr. Brock trained as a temporary RQ-1A Predator pilot for OCONUS deployments. Mission Commander qualified, conducted FOB site surveys and supervised the daily flight operations, maintenance operation, emplacement and displacement of GCS and associated UAS equipment. Daily flight missions consisted of Mission Planning, RQ-1A Predator systems, Ground Control Station (GCS) operations, and backup Payload operator.

ANTEON CORPORATION, FT. HUACHUCA, AZ – 2003-2004

Mr. Brock was Shadow 200 (RQ-7A) TUAV Senior Lead Instructor Pilot that graduated 21 August 2003. He supervised, instructed and evaluated Army Aerial Vehicle Operators (AVO’s) in all aspects of Shadow 200 TUAV Aerial Vehicle Operator Course.

. Managed a 2.5 MM and ten simulator instructors, developed and designed course material to include POI’s, lesson plans, instructor guides, operations sheets, student handouts, computer based training (CBT), and examinations to support mission requirements increase the student through put by 50 percent.

. Communicated daily with Department of the Army Civilians (DAC) personnel, Army school personnel and other simulator instructors to insure the most up to date course information for the student was disseminated. Instructional subjects include Flight Line Operations, Mission Planning, Payload Operations, UAV flight Line instruction and UAV Simulator Flight instruction. BATTLESPACE, INC, FT. HUACHUCA, AZ – 2002-2004

As the UAV Site Manager for JOTBS (Joint Operational Test Bed System) Mr. Brock managed the daily Operations/exercises for U.S. Joint Forces Command, Norfolk, VA. along with six maintenance and electronic technician personnel.

. Supervised open purchases and government contract items bought along with a yearly budget of 3.3MM.

. He teleconferenced weekly with the military joint command and the home office in Washington, DC with regard to each exercise prior to execution of each operation.

. Coordinated with General Atomics to ensure all operation with their RQ-1A Predator UAV and all support equipment for the GCS (Ground Control Station) were operational and that all software updates were incorporated .Operational Areas: Fort Huachuca, AZ., and MCAS Cherry Point, NC.

E. A.S.T., INC, PATRICK, AFB, FL – 2001-2002

Mr. Brock was lead pilot, mission commander and briefing and/debrief officer under contract to the U.S. Department of State for Counter Drug Narcotic spray operations in Bogotá, Colombia.

. Cessna Caravan 208 pilot and (SPRC) Spectrum Color Reconnaissance Camera operator and flew out of many forward military bases in Colombia, South America for Counter Drug Narcotic spray operations.

. Identified using the Spectrum Color Photographic System (SCPS) cocaine and poppy fields for destruction by Colombian police armored spray aircraft.

. He supervised five Colombian nationals in Briefing and Debriefing personnel ensuring that all flight missions were thoroughly briefed to the ground threat prior to their launch. All missions were conducted with no causalities or mission aircraft lost.

Operational Area: Numerous military bases and police FOB’s (forward operating bases) throughout Colombia, South America.

SAMARITANS PURSE, BOONE, NC – 2000-2001

As the senior corporate pilot for a Christian relief organization Mr. Brock piloted the Mitsubishi MU-2 (Solitaire/Marquise) turboprop aircraft and Cessna Caravan 208/208B for the Rev. Billy Graham evangelistic preacher and his son Franklin Graham.

. Managed, flew and oversaw the operation of ten aircraft located stateside and OCONUS in Alaska, Russia and Africa on a daily bases to move ministers, medical personnel and emergency relief supplies at a moments notice.

. Supervised a 6.5MM operation, the writing of the daily flight schedule, and eight junior pilots and oversaw fifteen maintenance techs and the logistical maintenance of six different aircraft world wide. Operational Area: Nairobi, Kenya, Juba, Sudan, Provideniya and the Chukchi Peninsula, Russia, Soldotna, AK, and Nome, AK.

MID-ATLANTIC FREIGHT, GREENSBORO, NC – 1998-2000

Mr. Brock was the Assistance Chief Pilot for a 4.5MM nationwide airfreight company operating freight routes across the United States.

. Supervised, managed and tracked daily the training of 29 freight line pilots throughout stateside airports.

. Wrote, implemented the training curriculum and trained all new hire freight pilots and conducted their bi-yearly standardization check rides for currency as a designated FAA Part 135 examiner for the Cessna Caravan 208/208B. He was responsible to the Chief Pilot and Operations Officer for day-to-day flight operations and for four Dispatch Office personnel. Operational Area: Flew and operated out of 48 of the 50 states.

U. S. NAVY, GLOBAL – 1974-1998

An Aviation Operations Chief Warrant Officer (7321) with 24 years ASW/ISR experience, Mr. Brock has lead and supervised between 5-50 personnel in various intelligence/communication ratings dealing with all branches of the military both US and foreign in different aspects of Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Combat (ISR) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and conducted extensive naval maritime patrol and aircraft carrier integration of new reconnaissance systems and software releases to the U.S. Navy. As a basic and advanced naval instructor, Mr. Brock dealt with Maritime Patrol tactics for TACCO’s and acoustic operators proceeding through the training pipeline. Naval ASW platforms consist of ASW helicopters, P-3C’s and their updates, S-3B’s, TSC’s and carrier ASW modules.

As Officer-in-Charge of FMPMOCC (Fleet Maritime Patrol Mobile Operational Command and Control) at NAS Barbers Point, HI he was responsible for his thirteen member ASW team, 1.8 million in communication/reconnaissance equipment and its daily operations. Mr. Brock held assignments as Aviation Maritime Patrol TACCO instructor at the ASWCC School in Dam Neck, VA, Antisubmarine Warfare Carrier Officer, aircraft carrier (TAO) Tactical Action Officer and (ISR) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance training developer. Mr. Brock was an excellent liaison between the U.S. Navy and many different military host countries due to his ability to speak and write different languages.
