Accounts Payable skills include:

• Posted invoices , 200-400 daily

• Matched checks 100-200 weekly

• Batching and coding for payment processing

• Vendor maintenance, entered addresses, terms, tax info, phone and fax numbers

• Vendor input of FIN and TIN numbers

• Requested pertinent W-9 and 1099 forms via business letters sent to all vendors, reaching 45,000
