Program - Navy Human Capital Development. Department: Program Planning & Control. Title: Manager. Received a Government Special Achievement Award for producing a seamless meeting structure and business process. Boeing included the process in their company processes and reused it on multiple programs across the country. Achieved CMM Level 3 for project management.

Special Project: Cross-Functional Team Configuration Management/Data Management System Lead. Supported Configuration and Change Management business process improvement. Identified data integrity issues, developed information models for integrated database management systems across enterprise.
