Working Knowledge

• Installation of Redhat Linux, Oracle & MySql.

Job Responsibility:

My core responsibilities included end to end Implementation, User acceptance & providing onsite support to client after installation of application and sometimes troubleshoot the issue and the queries of the client regarding the product.

• Implementation involve configuration of Application, Database and OS like:-Apache, Oracle & Linux.

• To Implement Linux Web Application (web, O&M, SMSC G/W), Transaction (SMSR,SMSP) Application, Database.

• Implemention of Load Testing for checking the server performance.

• Integration of application ( Pretups) with SMSC and IN.

• Redirect and Reverse Proxy Apache.

• Knowledge of SS7 and their basic call flows

Below are the application on which I worked on :

• Pretups (Prepaid Recharge Solution) :- PreTUPS is a widely deployed, award-winning electronic recharge solution that performs electronic recharge transactions for over 600 million subscribers, handling more than 15 billion recharge transactions annually.

• Mobiquity :- Comviva’s mobiquity platform embraces the mobile phone as a convenient, cash-free and card-free financial transaction medium, delivering a range of financial and payment services.

Projects:

I have successfully delivered Comviva solution to the following Premium Clients:-

• Orange Madagascar (Version upgrade of Pretups)

• Orange Dominicana (New Deployments of Pretups)

• Grameen Phone Dhaka (Code Optimization of Pretups)

• Airtel (Warid) Dhaka (Bangladesh) for the client support of Pretups.

• Barclays Bank Pune (India) for UAT and New Deployment of Mobiquity (Mobile Banking)

• Airtel Africa (Kenya) for User migration, SMSC Implementation and Onsite support to client.

• Grameen Phone (Dhaka) migration of Oracle database into Xa-data Machine with Transaction and Web Servers.

Onsite Experience and Roles :-

Grameen Phone, Bangladesh (April 01, 2012 to till now) For UAT and Database migration from standalone database to RAC database in EXADATA machine and Implement new CR’s for Pretups.

Airtel Uganda, Kenya (March 19, 2012 to March 27, 2012) For re-migration activity shifting channel user from old tree to new one, Configuration of SMSC with new SMPP parameters and providing them onsite production support for Pretups.

Barclays Bank, Pune (Nov 04, 2011 to Feb 08, 2012) for UAT (Ghana) and done new Implementation of product Mobile Banking for Zimbabwe environment.

Airtel (Warid) Dhaka (Sep 16, 2011 to Oct 11, 2011) My role was there to give training of Pretups and performed UAT (User acceptance) with Client ( Airtel and IBM ) and give production support of 15 Days after system Go-live.

Grameen Phone (July 24, 2011 to Sep 5, 2011) Dhaka (Bangladesh) for the expansion of Phase-1, My role was there to perform the Load testing activity and User acceptance Test with client ( Grameen Phone ), We got the appreciation mail from the client for making the record breaking transaction on a ID day..

Orange Dominicana (May 22,11 to July 13, 11)- My role was implementation of Pretups & SMSC, Performed UAT & Load testing with client and give 1 month onsite support after system Go-live.

Orange Madagascar (Feb 24,11 to April 1,11)- My role was there to perform version upgrade activity from older version of Pretups 4 to Pretups 5 and performed UAT with new functionalities with client from Orange and French Telecom. Version upgrade activities done in one go for which client and our in-house Comviva teams appreciate our effort.

Previous Experience:

Worked with RMSI Pvt. Ltd. Noida as a Database Analyst since Sep 17, 2007 to Dec,2010.
