TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND FIELD EXPERIENCE

• Responsible for weld testing, code enforcement, weld-mapping, enforce stencil use, grout releases, concrete, form inspections before pours, structural steel alignments and DTI inspections, walk down piping systems and track footage, motor alignments, hydro testing, pneumatic testing,

• Receipt inspection of permanent plant equipment.

• Interpretation/implementation of take-offs, reading blue prints, isometric drawings, specifications, P & ID’s.

• Implemented a number of effective techniques to increase productivity and decrease downtime.

• Ability to read and interpret Radiographic film, marking overlays for weld repair.

• Expertise in ASME Section I, IX, B31.1, B31.3, AP1104, AWS D1.1 structural, ACI301, ACI318, API650, API653. Prepare P-4A’s, P-6, and P3’s for signature by AI. Work closely with AI inspectors.

• Supervised hydro on boilers, piping systems, and concrete pours of all PSI’s.

• Worked with RFI’s, EWO’s, and change orders for additional work above the scope of work.

• Worked on coal fired 790 MW Hitachi Super Critical Boiler, Foster Wheeler,B&W, Riley Stoker Boilers, Vogt-NEM HRSG’s, Deltak HRSG’s, GE FA7 CT, ABB 11N2 CT, Steam Generators, Baghouses, Spray Dryers, Washer Plant, Tanks, Vessels, Sulfuric Acid Plants, Precipitators, Steam piping, process piping.
