I highly recommend Jessica Hanson as a candidate for employment. Jessica was employed by John Erickson Chevrolet, Inc starting in the fall of 2006-2007. Jessica started as a sales person in charge of new and used auto sales. Soon after Jessica started selling we realized how strong her people skills were and promoted her to handle all the internet sales at the dealership. Jessica quickly out sold all previous sales personal and built the internet dept into a very profitable asset to the dealership. We were so impressed with her abilities that she was given the opportunity to run the Finance and Insurance dept. Again Jessica out sold all pervious employee’s and set record sales for both total gross profit and product sales.

Jessica has excellent communication skills. In addition, she is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. Jessica can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. The office staff commented on her paper work always being clean and accurate.

Jessica was instrumental in bring in a company called Autobase. They have a (CRM) customer management tool that has helped us tremendously stay in touch and prospect our customer base. Jessica was passionate about the company and we have been very happy with the decision to buy the software based her recommendation.

She was quick to build rapport with other dealership employee’s but excelled with the customers she met both in person and thru the internet.
