BACKGROUND

Over two decades of experience working in a refinery and various chemical plants. Experience includes, but not limited to: Review, Repair, Install, Maintain, Troubleshoot, Calibrate and Improve various plant analyzers. Develop optimized maintenance procedures for all analyzers, up to and including Gas Chromatographs. Extensive knowledge/experience with oil and gas industry equipment (listed below), processes and operations with instrumentation, electrical and PLC, logic and controls, and loop checking. Monitor key and critical operating variables and other process data to ensure that the units are operating within design parameters. Ensure process designs are optimized for operability and safety. Identifying improvements in unit operations based on actual field experience. Write procedures for start-up, operations, shutdowns, and for turn-around as needed. Perform trouble-shooting to solve operations issues, and support turn-around activities for customers including identification / justification, procedure writing, reviews, equipment inspection, etc.

Equipment experience includes: GCS: Applied Automation Advanced and 2100; Siemens Maxum I & II; ABB Vista II and 3100; HRVOC and Sample Systems; TCDs, FPDs, FIDs and FIDs Methanizers. CEMS: Ametek SO2, H2S; Thermox NOX, CO; CAL Analytical NOX, CO; HOR?? NOX, CO; ABB NOX, CO. O2S: Rosemont, Yokagawa, Servomex, ABB, Ametex/Thermox WDG3 and 4, Teledyne, In-Situ, Extractive, Zirconia, Fuel Cell, and Paramenetic. Other: Airdemand, BTUS, Moisture, CO/CO2, Vapor PSI, H2s, PH, and Conductivity.
