• Supervised mobilization and de-mobilization of maintenance equipment in and out of reactor building. Qualified to sign documentation for shipment of radiological sea lands. Teaming with equipment operators to ensure that equipment is staged and operational to minimize downtime. Experience working in audio/video in preparation for outages.

• As task supervisor I am responsible for providing, preparing, writing, and revising procedures and documentations to provide precise and error free work. Executing work in the field by procedure adherence. Executing document change forms for procedures, writing maintenance procedures from scratch to perform various condition changing field operations. Teaming with project management to perform scheduling of outages and excel spreadsheets to maximize productivity.

• Serve as task/shift supervisor for platform technicians, closure technicians, and union technicians. Mock-up trained and field trained technicians as well as first time union workers. Approve/deny certain certification for trained individuals. Provide oversight and response to back home office management. Keeping a precise and exact log book for management referral. Responsible for all documentation for quality control approval. Responsible for all documentation to be completed and turned in to office management.

• Inspect and repair steam generators including: eddy current, secondary side inspections, in-situ, plugging/stabilizations, bowl decontamination, foreign object retrieval (FOSAR), water lance, and channel head wash.

• Coordinate with other task/shift supervisors, management and customer job sponsors to develop schedules that provide maximum and continuous productivity.

• Exceeding customer expectation with each replacement/refurb/repair.

• Gaining unescorted access, supervising, procedure procurement, refurbishing, generator replacement and field service at various nuclear sites:
