Computer Operator III 4/2011-Present

Raytheon Technical Services Corp. Fort Bliss, TX

Operate and maintain workstations controlling battlefield effects, targetry, and audio/video equipment of the Digital Multi-Purpose Range Complex (DMPRC). Operate and maintain day/night surveillance cameras. Assist Crew Evaluators in the collection and preparation of data used to create After Action Reviews (AAR). Operate a video editing station to assist commanders in the presentation of AARs and take home packages. Specific duties include operating a control station to execute "stepped" scenarios; request a "hot" status from Range Control prior to allowing a unit to fire; maintain a log of all activities. In addition, help with target maintenance, range maintenance, and am the Key Control person for the range. In charge of training the five other Computer Operators and one Team Leader on duties. Became OSHA certified (10 hour course) through Raytheon August 2011.

Office Operations Manager 4/2008-11/2008 US Army Fort Bliss, TX

Managed office operations at Brigade level in support of staff that numbered up to 200 personnel. Prepared office reports and provided administrative support services to various lower level organizations. Reviewed operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Created various spread-sheets to track personnel accounting, efficiency reports, personnel accountability, and awards. Intelligence Operations Supervisor 12/2007-4/2008

Served as the point person on preparing and submission of the brigades Unit Status Report. Was in charge of the timely collection, analysis and dissemination of intelligence information while deployed in a combat area. Developed and presented weekly intelligence briefings for the entire Brigade Staff. Participated in weekly counter-IED briefings, and prepared a weekly intelligence summary that was disseminated up to Division Headquarters and MNF-I. Was in charge of multiple computer systems and networks and over $500,000 worth of equipment. Used the ASAS-Light, CPOF, Intellink, Analyst Notebook, and JIOC-I systems.

Gathered, analyzed, and disseminated multiple intelligence reports as needed. Participated in numerous field and deployment readiness exercises. Monitored the facility to ensure that all files, sensitive reports and correspondence remained safe, secure, and were well maintained and accounted for.

Aerial Reconnaissance Support Team (ARST) Section Supervisor 4/2005-4/2006

US Army Camp Humphreys, South Korea

Supervised and coordinated activities of three support specialists that were part of the ARST. Received and disseminated real-time video imaging during various counter special operations forces exercises. These were joint exercises between the US Army, US Navy, Republic of Korea (ROK) Army, and ROK Navy. Set up equipment and conducted the exercises on both US and ROK Navy ships, also operated in support of routine flight missions with other organizations.

Signal Intelligence Analyst 9/2003-4/2005

Received, analyzed, and disseminated over 500 various technical reports while TDY to the Medina Regional SIGINT Operations Center in San Antonio, Texas. Deployed to Colombia, analyzed and disseminated various intelligence reports in support of operations. Was a member of the ground team that communicated audio and video intelligence from the aircraft to the ground commander. Conducted weekly intelligence briefings to the Battalion Staff Officers.

Office Clerk 2/2002-11/2002

Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC) Chesapeake, VA

Accepted payments from dealers when they had either sold a floor-planned vehicle or when the payment term had arrived. Responsible for courteously reminding the customers that they had payments coming due and to calculate the amount that would be due. Responsible for reconciling each day’s deposit and having all of the appropriate paperwork accompanying it when mailed to the company's headquarters. Did title work as needed and utilized many Powers of Attorneys. Solicited new dealers for our branch. Helped the branch manager on occasion with audits of dealer's lots and inventory when it was apparent that they were facing financial troubles.

Payroll Administrator 7/2001-2/2002

Tidewater Auto Auction Chesapeake, VA

Began working as a Title Clerk and learned to prepare, correct, and fix vehicle titles from over 35 states in the US. This included utilizing Powers of Attorney, Odometer Statements, and correction letters. On auction day, worked the lanes as an auction block clerk and would also print checks for deals that had been completed. Quickly became the deposit point of contact and was in charge of reconciling large amounts of cash and check payments on a daily basis. Assisted with troubleshooting deal issues, warranty issues, title issues, and other payment related issues. During the last six months of employment was also the Payroll Administrator, responsible for the reconciling of time cards for over 100 regular employees and was also responsible for ensuring that our outsourced temporary workers were paid. The point person for worker's compensation claims and for making sure tax forms and statements were done correctly by each employee.

Part-time Office Clerk 10/1996-7/2001

Duke Automotive Suffolk, VA

Began employment as a substitute receptionist and file clerk. Quickly began helping with receiving payments, helping to reconcile bank statements, accounts, accounts payables, and accounts receivables. Assisted with vehicle title work and managing rebates. I was able to locate payments for over $200,000 worth of rebates entered into the system incorrectly or that had not been received. Assisted with end of month and end of year close outs. Substituted as the service cashier as needed and was able to close out work orders and receive and process payments. Assisted with warranty processing. The systems used at the time were from Reynolds and Reynolds.

EDUCATION

Completed Bachelor of Science in Accounting with Kaplan University on September 13, 2011. I maintained a GPA of 3.7 out of 4.0 and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I was frequently on the President's List and the Dean's List for my exceptional grades each semester. I have completed the following courses with a grade of B or higher: Auditing, Payroll Accounting, Federal Tax, Managerial Accounting, College Composition II for Business Majors, Intermediate Accounting I, II, & III, Cost Accounting, Business Law, and Advanced Forensic Accounting. My intelligence education consists of numerous courses taken throughout my Army service. I was the Top Graduate for my military occupational series course for Signals Intelligence Analysts in August of 2003.
