Returns Department:

Responsible for shipping all reusable racks back to the various Caterpillar Facilities across the US and all Damaged and Mis-Directed parts that enter our facility. I search out various truck lines and shipping methods to obtain the best cost effective way to return parts.

Auditor and material handler:

Responsible for ensuring all inventories is in its proper location using a hand held scanner. Load and scan parts onto 40 foot trailers for oversea shipments. Must hit weight and cube specifications for each trailer. Must secure {block and brace} and photograph the load every 1/3 of the trailer to assure no parts can shift during oversea transport.

1985: Box maker: Stenciled, labeled, leveled and erected hundreds of different types of boxes for thousands of individual customers unique to their specifications.

1985: Chemical Compounder: Using a precise formula mixed the chemicals for the individual product. We had several hundred different formulas. I’ve handled chemicals from tankers, 55 gallon drums and bags. . Was responsible for properly cleaning the mixing tanks, maintain the RO and DI water system, ordering the chemicals, setting their reorder points and tracking the inventory.

1992: Supervisor for production. Responsible for an extremely high quality product from beginning to end. Starting with QC on the incoming components including chemicals, cans, valves, tips, labels and boxes. Moving forward to the mixing process onto the filling process, the gassing and water bath process. Insuring that the individual silk screen or label was correct and packaged in the proper box.

1995: Master scheduler: Worked directly with sales and customer service. Responsible for all customer orders being produced or filled and shipped inside of 10 days. Customer based orders were in the thousands with hundreds of different skus. Responsible for maintaining floor stock of all finished products.
