Responsibilities included:

• Providing management and supervision for the Electronic File Processing (EFP) team, including training to system and related technologies, time management and prioritization, and development of approaches to address QC and QA of all deliverables.

Responsibilities as a subcontractor for CACI included: Computer programming using Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000, in addition to litigations support/trial support using various software packages including, but not limited to Sanction II, Summation, and Concordance.

08/95 – 11/04: M-Net Communications, Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities included: Full Life Cycle development of company’s client/server software applications from user requirements through implementation, including working closely with customers to design software to suit their needs and desires. Co-designed GUI’s for each product, including:

• Designed and developed database to document Help Desk calls using Visual Basic and MS Access.

• Converted software from Visual Basic 3.0 to Visual Basic 6.0, changed the encryption code, added Internet access, and modified the associated database.

• Managed and wrote MS Access based database applications for a special litigation project.

Managed help desk for multimedia applications with customer base of 150 +. Interact with customers from around the world to locate and document bugs and potential bugs and enhancements in current and past software applications, including travel to Canada and Santiago, Chile, to provide on-site analytical advice to vendors, clients, and other software companies.
