All facets of general building construction management (residential and commercial projects) including but not limited to;

• Contract Development and Execution: Develop written specifications, terms and conditions.

• Budget Development: Develop overall budget including payment schedule.

• Cost Analysis: Define procedures, drawings, equipment and materials required to perform work package.

• Project Scheduling: Develop critical path schedule, coordinate activities of engineers, sub-contractors, venders, and governmental oversight agencies.

• Material Management: Provide appropriate materials supplies and services for each phase of project. Monitor existing supplier’s performance while continuing to develop new sources to increase business unit productivity.
