885,600 sq.ft. industrial facility for Proctor & Gamble (P&G)with an average accelerated schedule of 6½ weeks (ahead of schedule,) and an additional net profit of 4%, and maintained steady and continuous business contracts for 14 years.
As superintendent with KBA Intl. Inc. Falls Church, Virginia, USA, coordinated U.S., European & Egyptian vendors, contractors, engineers and labor to complete the $120MM construction of a 1220 rooms Marriott Hotel and Palace in Cairo, Egypt.
Led 11-month, on time, on budget, restoration, renovation and fortification of Ben Ezra Synagogue, a historic religious monument built around the year 950 AD, coordinating with the Canadian Center for Architecture and the Egyptian Antiquities Organization.
