Successfully directed and managed staff while implementing contractor HES management operational excellence process for offshore drilling, aviation and marine operations, and ensuring incident injury free culture implementation in the Plataforma Deltana Exploratory Campaign (Venezuela) and Dolphin Trinidad & Tobago, and in the 3D offshore seismic programs for Block 3 and Cardon III Block (Venezuela).
• Supervised the environmental impact assessment (EIA) and implementation of environmental, social, and health impact assessment (ESHIA) while demonstrating personal leadership, knowledge, and engagement in the HES management system.
• Led regular inspections and audits while encouraging and providing HES training.

Supervised environmental impact assessment for Block LL-652 while acting as environmental supervisor for LL-652 Block (Lake Maracaibo – Venezuela) and preparing quarterly environmental reports to environmental ministry.
• Prepared documentation and studies to obtain all permits to build and operate in facilities including but not limited to production platform PP-LL-92, gas compression platform PC-LL-03, water injection platform PIA-LL-16, and wellhead platforms: MAC-LL-09, MAC-LL-10, MAC-LL-11.
• Prepared documentation and studies to obtain all permits to conduct drilling and workover activities in the LL-652 Block.
• Coordinated quarterly water quality evaluation program while serving as co-organizer of Chevron (worldwide emergency response team) and PDVSA joint emergency drill.
