Secured contract with innovative technology solutions. Intel was experiencing high security labor costs. Developed and executed plan to automate lobbies with hands-free portals and turnstiles. Directed total update of system, meeting client goals for cost savings. Secured additional $15M revenue for Datacard at 62% gross margin.

Developed architecture, driving profits. Clients Intel, Lucent, AT&T, and AMEX faced replacement of outdated access control systems. Directed team to develop and replace open architecture, accommodating existing legacy hardware. Completed enterprise project, contributing to a 57% profit margin for Datacard.

Rescued program efficiencies to boost profitability. Datacard Badging Services Division was experiencing declining revenues and reduced profitability. Developed new business plan, standardized operations, updated equipment and products. Implemented program with five new national accounts, increased profit margins by 400%.

Researched and utilized alternative supplier for project. Project for Intel in Costa Rica was stalled due to a critical missing part. Sourced raw materials and contracted with a local machinist to fabricate the part, ensuring specifications were met. Manager, Security Solutions, 2001 to 2006. A security equipment manufacturing division. Recruited to head IT security projects, developed an open standard security management system. Provided sales support and led team of 34 engineers, managers and customer service staff. Oversaw project budgets up to $7M.

Government Program Manager, 2000 to, 2001. A manufacturing division of National ID, Passport, and Employee ID security programs for the international market. Developed technical, marketing and business plans for government programs in Latin America and Asia. Managed IT/IS projects from $500K to $10M.
