•Analyse statistical (KPI reports) as well as drive test data to improve system performance indicator of the network (dropped calls, blocked calls, origination failures, hand-off features etc).
•Coordinating Drive-Test team and providing Technical Support to Drive-Test teams.
•Analysis of drive test data (Rx level, Rx quality, C/I, SQI) for coverage & quality problems, call drop due to various reasons, blocking rate, handover success and failure rate, call setup success rate, TCH drop and signalling drop, traffic carried.
• Optimizing sites by investigating capacity and coverage problem, Interference Analysis, Handover control, Dropped calls, Missing Neighbors, Coverage Holes, dominating area of ping-pong conditions, Call Origination failure, Non-Working sites or sectors, sites migration activity and customer complains.
•Analysis of Co-channel(C/I), Adjacent channel (C/A) interference issue by changing of frequency, BTS Power, antenna configuration, parameter adjustments and fine tuning for function of network at optimum level.
•Identify sites requirement for various clusters in the network and planning solutions for them to allocating the proper neighbours handover criteria Cell select/reselect criterion.
•Review/perform frequency, HSN & MAIO planning and traffic analysis and make recommendations to meet ongoing capacity demands and to ensure the best quality of GSM networks.
