Duties include managing QS-9000, ISO 9000, and ISO/TS 16949 activities, determining and deploying Six Sigma and other formal processes to improve productivity. Also responsible for championing the Warehouse Improvement Process (WIP), managing transportation lane compliance, managing inventory using FIFO to ensure counts are accurate, and overseeing the day to day warehouse operation.
