• Manufacturing Lead for Configuration and implementation of Engineering, Discrete Work in Process, Inventory, and Bill of Material. The client, a large Multi-Organization had developed a global process in place that set standard business process for each Organization. The implementation team rolled the defined Global process out to the Organization. Utilizing AIM methodology and SharePoint for Document Control.

• Created overviews of the Global Business process and conducted Challenge workshops that would determine if a Change Requirement is necessary.

• Created MD50 and TE20 for any Change request that outside of the Standard Global Process.

• The client was interfacing with Windchill Engineering System, worked with the Windchill team on the interface with Oracle.

• Worked with the Developers on the Data Conversion and the process of validation of Data.

• Created Unit Test Scripts and Integrated Test Scripts and worked with the SMEs to perform the Testing for Test Cycle two and three.

• Manufacturing Lead for Configuration and implementation of Engineering, Discrete Work in Process, Inventory, Advanced Supply Chain Planning and Bill of Material. The client was currently on AS400, worked with the Developers with Data Conversions.

• Defined a process with the Engineering Dept with the Item Catalogs that would capture the specification of the raw material that was critical to there business.

• Defined a process that would allow the Engineering Department to release an Indented Bill of Material instead of the single level Standard Bill of Material, worked with the Developers on the specifications.

• Re-Engineered a business process to approve a Manufacturing Routings and to create an attachment for the Drawings, worked with the Developers to create zooms that would take the Manufacturing Engineer to the Approval screen and a zoom that would connect with their storage file for the Drawings.

• Designed a process that would allow the client to use Capacity Planning. Re-Engineered the Department and Resources that would be used for Costing and Capacity Planning.

• The client did not have a planning system, held training session for Advanced Supply Chain Planning. Worked with the planners in their areas to include Capacity Planning..

• Oracle Post Implementation Support for Depot Repair and Re-Engineer of Business Process for Bill of Material Routings. When the client implemented Oracle in 2003, they had their MES system. They setup Work in Process and Routings to interface with their MES system. The client recently decided to stop using the MES system and work in Oracle only.

• In Oracle Routings, redefined Departments and Resources.

• Held several Routing training sessions with the Manufacturing Engineers.

• Developed the process to create an Alternate Routing with the newly defined Departments and Resources and switch the alternate routing to the primary routing.

• The client also had about 150 Bills of Material that they wanted to split into two Bills of Material, I setup a process to complete this task so that it would not interrupt the daily process and could be phased in to Work in Process.

• Setup daily workshops for the Manufacturing Engineers and Configuration Management to implement the Bill of Material and Routing changes.
