Program Manager on a $24 million research laboratory support contract. Managed 65 technical staff, R&D projects, budgets, expenditures, and customer relations that successfully won follow-on competitive contracts. Engineering unit manager supporting Air Force Research Laboratory. Managed engineers and programming teams in supporting network testing laboratories and application development. Assessed IT capabilities / staff and determined requisite changes to achieve a strategic plan I established for Lovelace Respiratory Research in DOE’s facilities. Projects included web development, application development, classified Internet agents and first responder telemedicine tools.

Director of New Business, Rome Research Corp., 1992 to 1999. Defense research and services firm.
