POSITION: Quality Engineer (Jan 2010 ~ Present)

DUTIES:

• Responsible for creating new CMM program for new product parts and Development.

• To developed inspection techniques to improve product validation.

• Initiate and lead Inspection improvement to improve efficiency and productivity

• Lead Process Improvement Projects

• Verify and Validate Process Cause and corrective action and monitor implementation and its effectiveness.

• Lead process certification such as SPC and Data Gathering.

ACCOMPLISHMENT:

• Initiated and leaded the Cost Reduction Group and able to save USD 3K – 4K in every month
