I served as Registered Nurse and a key member of interdisciplinary healthcare team for a long-term care facility. I performed duties related to the overall operation of the Nursing Department and its relationship to direct resident care and well-being in accordance with current federal, state, and local guidelines and standard. I assisted five PCPs as well as the interdisciplinary team in ensuring optimal resident care and daily functioning of the facility. Key Results:
